Scope: Replace legacy Zinsco subpanels with new 125-amp panels, each fitted with a 40-amp main disconnect for overcurrent protection across multiple apartment units. Work included labeling, torque verification, GEC/bonding checks, AFCI/GFCI compliance review, and load balancing.
